Somewhat recently, my brother sent home a DVD of pictures from his mission in Russia. Here are a select few. A couple I did some things to on GIMP... just more messing around with photo editing. Hope you enjoy.

the pictures are gorgeous! What did you do to the photos? They look really great. I'm still figuring out this whole photo editing thing and don't know what I'm doing. You'll have to help me out. Anyway, they look awesome, and it looks like your brother is having a good time.
I am actually using GIMP right now (which Dan says that he hasn't found anything that Photoshop can do that GIMP can't)... so explaining what I do MIGHT be different, seeing as I have never actually used photoshop... if that is what you are using. But, we can play with pictures sometime when we visit eachother :)
You have inspired me to start playing around with photoshop (the Emmy picture, haha). The last two honestly look like post cards that I have seen somewhere before.
see...i like to take mediocre pictures and use an extremely substandard, free with the camera software editing program. you guys don't know what you're missing out on.
