H2O yourself

WATER...

In 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is mistaken for hunger. Think about that... try hydrating, maybe you'll eat less.

Even MILD dehydration will slow one's metabolism down at least 3%

A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or a printed page... hmmm... really? Are you focusing?

Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, slashes the risk of breast cancer by 79%, and makes one 50% less likely to develop bladder cancer.

COKE... Ewww...

In many states the highway patrol carries two gallons of coke in the trunk to remove blood from the highway after a car accident.

To clean a toilet: pour a can of coke into the toilet bowl and the the "real thing" sit for one hour, then flush clean. The citric acid removes stains from vitreous china.

To clean corrosion from car battery terminals: pour a can of coke over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion.

To carry coca-cola syrup (the concentrate) the commercial trucks must use a hazardous material place card reserved for highly corrosive materials.

The distributors of Coke have been using it to clean engines of the trucks for about 20 years.

Now the question is, would you like a can of Coke or water?

Also, I think I have some free time later this week, maybe we could have dinner night, if you gusy are up to it!

I got the information from Water To Go, a place that sells supposedly great water. I go there to get the awesome polycarbonate water bottles, Dan needed one. Some of the blurbs said that they were from certain studies from universities... so REALLY, I am not sure how reliable it all is... just random studies that were not properly referenced. So, whatever... it's a blog and interesting information if it is true.

And Zach, you can drink lemonade if you want... but water is better. why not try putting a lemon slice in your water? ;)

You said: 'The citric acid removes stains from vitreous china.'

But it's not the citric acid. Coke contains phosphoric acid which is responsible for such amazing features of this 'drink' like removing rust and limescale stains
